Latex Trying Latex in Markdown

I would like to try some of the simple latex format in markdown, I came to know there are some limitations, but let’s see. let us try some $\LaTeX$, see what happens $a^2 + b^2 = c^2$

and

$\frac{d}{dx}\left( \int_{0}^{x} f(u)\,du\right)=f(x)$

$$\begin{aligned} \dot{x} &= \sigma(y-x) \\ \dot{y} &= \rho x - y - xz \\ \dot{z} &= -\beta z + xy \end{aligned}$$ $$^{i-1}T_i = \begin{bmatrix} \cos\theta_i & -\sin\theta_i\cos\alpha_{i,i+1} & \sin\theta_i\sin\alpha_{i,i+1} & \alpha_{i,i+1}\cos\theta_i \\ \sin\theta_i & \cos\theta_i\cos\alpha_{i,i+1} & -\cos\theta_i\sin\alpha_{i,i+1} & \alpha_{i,i+1}\sin\theta_i \\ 0 & \sin\alpha_{i,i+1} & \cos\alpha_{i,i+1} & d_i \\ 0 & 0 & 0 & 1 \end{bmatrix}$$

Looks like tables are not working well :(
